At St Laurence we wish to promote the idea that a child knows how to lead a healthy lifestyle. This means knowing what a healthy balanced diet is, how to manage money and look after themselves.

This is taught through a range of activities such as lessons, school trips, competitions, sports festivals and after school clubs.

We pride ourselves on our smart uniform at St Laurence. Coloured trainers are not permitted as school shoes. If there is a genuine reason why trainers need to be worn, then a letter has to be provided to the class teacher. Also, please ensure that your child has a full PE Kit in school including a pair of trainers that they can use for outdoor PE. There is no need for plimsolls as we use bare feet for gym and dance.
